Early and Late Departure

If you expected early check in and would like to guarantee access to your room, we strongly suggest to book additional night. Similarly for late check-out, reserving additional night to guarantee access to your room until your departure. If you didn’t choose to reserve, we are happy to keep your luggage at our reception.

Reservation policy

Reservation policy is in nonrefundable and cannot be amended or modified and all payment is required in advance.

All rates will be in IDR and if rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
